Vivien Lu
  Ms. Vivien Lu has more than 8 years of experience in transport modelling and transport planning studies. She has been involved in the studies ranging from high level policy and strategy studies to more detailed rail patronage forecast, toll road traffic volume and revenue forecast as well as property development studies including traffic impact assessment. She has strong technical ability in transport model development (CUBE/Voyager, EMME/2), data analysis (EXCEL, SPSS) as well as project presentation. Meanwhile, she has acted as project coordinator undertaking external client liaison and technical coordination for a few projects, therefore, she has gained adequate project management skills. She has been seconded to Atkins UK office for 3-month on-the-job training when working in Atkins, mainly involved in rail patronage forecast projects.
  Taweesak BANAWIROON
  Taweesak Banawiroon has over 14 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning projects for both public and private sectors. His expertise includes traffic and transportation planning, traffic impact study, and public transport planning. He is also experienced in planning and designs for multi-storey car park (ranging from 1,000 - 8,000 car parking spaces) for large shopping malls, hotels, serviced apartments, condominiums, offices, water park, and mixed use developments. He has significant experience in the applications of traffic engineering and transportation modelling including SIDRA INTERSECTION, Synchro, HiCAP, and VISSIM.
  Lily CHAN
  Lily has over 23 years of extensive experience in traffic engineering and planning, in particular design of highway alignments, junction layout and signal control system including method of control and signal linking for convention and light rail junctions. She has participated in many traffic impact studies in the territory, transport planning of large-scale development and pedestrian forecast, passenger facilities capacity assessment, improvement scheme developments for public mass transportation system, layout design and implementation of public transport interchange and temporary traffic management measures.
  Tim MARTIN
  Tim has over 24 years of transport planning experience for international consultancy firms gained on demand forecasting, policy development and feasibility studies for both highway and public transport. Over the past 5 years, Tim has also honed is corporate team leadership skills, becoming more involved in corporate management tasks.
  Kent LIANG
  Kent has over 20 years of experience in traffic and transport engineering field. He is experienced in vertical transportation analysis for super high-rise building and retail mall. He also has extensive knowledge in transport planning of master layout plan, carpark design, traffic engineering design, traffic management schemes design and implementation, and survey analysis. Kent is also a competent user of a number of transport modelling programmes, including RoadNoise 98, TRIPS, SATURN, PICADY 3, ARCADY 3, MOSS and PEDROUTE.
  Gary Tsui
  Mr Tsui has over 10 years experience in traffic engineering design and temporary traffic management measure for highway and utilities works construction and traffic & transport surveys. He has participated for a number of district traffic studies and highway infrastructure studies for government in Hong Kong including: TD186/2010 Traffic Study on Pedestrian Links for the West Kowloon Development Area and its Connection with Surrounding Districts; HMW 1/2010 (TT) – Supplementary Traffic Study for Central Kowloon Route; CE 58/2006 (HY) Central Kowloon Route and Widening of Gascoigne Road Flyover Investigation; and CE 38/2008 (HY) Kai Tak Development – Trunk Road T2 and Infrastructure at South Apron – Investigation, Design and Construction.
  Jeff Ng
  Mr Ng has been working in transport planning, property development, engineering design and construction and project management for over 28 years. Mr Ng has covered a wide spectrum of knowledge for different stages of property development from masterplanning, conceptual design, schematic design, preliminary design, detailed design, construction drawings to implementation.
  Michelle Wong
  Michelle is a Senior Transport Planner with over 12 year worldwide transport planning experience. She is specializing in highway and PT modelling. Her key experience includes the application of strategic multi-modal demand models and local traffic models. She acquires comprehensive understanding on transport modelling process and experience in enhancing the strategic multi-modal transport models for Hong Kong. She is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic. Michelle also has an excellent knowledge of MapInfo GIS software and accessibility modelling tools and software, where she has experience of using TfL’s (London, UK) PTAI and CAPITAL Accessibility models and Planning Information Database (PID).
  Jonathan Louie
  Mr. Louie has amassed extensive traffic engineering and transportation planning experience, having prepared numerous studies including traffic impact assessments, parking studies, neighbourhood circulation studies, pedestrian studies, feasibility studies, trip generation monitoring studies, and transportation demand management programs. His experience also includes development and application of a wide range of microscopic and macroscopic traffic simulation models as well as travel demand forecasting models.
  George LEE
  Mr. Lee has over 11 years of experience in variety of traffic and transport related projects in the territory. He has extensive experience in traffic & transport surveys, planning, design and implementation for pedestrian, temporary traffic and transport schemes, public transport, and regional traffic studies for various types of developments. He has managed a number of major studies both for public and private clients in Hong Kong.
  Maybal LUO
  Ms Luo has over 10 years of worldwide transport planning/modelling experience and wide range of model application experience. Based in Hong Kong and Mainland China, she has worked extensively in other foreign countries such as Singapore, New Zealand, South Korea and Thailand.
  Matthew NG
  Matthew is a transport planner with over 14 years solid experience in strategic, mesoscopic and microscopic highway and railway modelling by using various traffic modelling packages, such as SATURN, EMME, VISSIM. Equipped with strong analytical skills and advance level in MS Excel, Access, GIS packages MapInfo and ArcGIS.
  Billy YUNG
  Billy is a chartered professional engineer with 10 years of professional traffic engineering experience and had participated in a wide variety of traffic and transport related projects in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the Middle East. He has strong experience in projects of various natures, such as traffic impact assessment for new developments, master planning for large scale mixed-use developments, multi-storey car park design, assessment of car parking strategy, design of passenger cart service for luxury resorts, junction design and temporary traffic management measures. Billy is very familiar with the internal traffic and transportation design in Hong Kong, PRC and Middle East through his frequent involvement in traffic and transport related projects in the region. The highlight of projects Billy had involved in consist of development layout planning and designs for multi-storey car park for shopping mall/mega mall, integrated resort/hotel/residential developments including formulation of parking information system and signage strategy.
  Jan MULLER
  Jan Muller is a transport modeller with over 12 years of professional experience. He has gained international consulting experience through a range of urban transport engineering/planning projects undertaken in various countries and has developed a broad understanding in the areas of transport planning and modelling including public transport operation, pedestrian studies, analysis of rail stations and PT interchanges, traffic impact assessments (TIA), master planning, analysis of tolling systems and patronage demand forecasting.
  Louisa TSANG
  Ms. Tsang has 9 years working experience in transportation and design studies that involving traffic forecasting, traffic impact assessment (TIA), Temporary Traffic Arrangment (TTA), traffic engineering, pedestrian planning, public transport planning and rail station design. She has been responsible for research and study in highways standard specifications, and has also involved in the intersection impact assessment and capacity modeling. Miss Tsang has been responsible for numerous traffic impact assessment studies ranging from utilities companies to local development impact assessments for private sector clients.
  Yvonne ZHANG
  Ms. Zhang is a Principal Traffic Engineer with over 11 years experience in traffic engineering design, car park management, traffic impact assessment studies. Ms. Zhang has been involved in compilation of a large amount of traffic assessment reports and relevant work and understands very well the compilation of traffic assessment. She has also been involved in a wide range of grand traffic study tasks, including traffic study on Beijing Eastern Development Belt and Beijing Central Business District.
  Rebecca CHAN
  Rebecca has over 15 years of extensive experience in managing and conducting traffic and pedestrian impact assessments, road improvement feasibility studies, as well as traffic demand forecast studies. She is also familiar with the use of various traffic simulation and engineering computer software such as TRIPS, SATURN, PICADY and ARCADY.
  Karl CHEUK
  Karl has 15 years of worldwide transport planning experience mainly concentrating on the transport model development and wide range of application of these models. He has acquired comprehensive understanding on transport modelling process and experience in developing/enhancing strategic multi-modal transport models Singapore, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Beijing.
  Ken POON
  Ken has 13 years experience and is particular familiar with the development and application of computer/mathematical models to investigate complex interactions for major transport and associated infrastructure schemes.
  Hilson FAN
  Hilson has 12 years of experience in transport planning and traffic engineering. He has been involved in a wide range of transport planning projects for Central Business Districts in China. He is an experienced project manager, with specialization in CBD transport planning studies, traffic demand forecast and management, highway network planning, urban road system planning design and traffic signal design.
